U.S. Open Regionals

Want to have fun while testing your WINE IQ?

Want to be part of TEAM USA and compete in the World WineTasting Championships?

Test your knowledge of wine at one of our Wine Tasting U.S. Open events. Regional tournaments consist of a blind tasting where you are scored on your ability to correctly determine the main grape varietal, country of origin, wine region of origin, vintage, and producer of each wine. Six wines from around the world are poured at each tournament. Individuals or teams of two may compete at any sanctioned regional for the chance to qualify for the finals of the U.S. Open and a chance to become a member of TEAM USA.

The winners of the qualifying tournaments will move on to the finals.

If you don’t see a regional near you at this time, sign up for updates on this page and we will notify you as we schedule qualifying tournaments. Tournaments will be organized based on regional interest.
